You may use this site to browse rental properties, contact property managers, and manage your account. Any misuse, such as posting false information or attempting to interfere with the website’s functionality, is strictly prohibited.
DMCS manages the listed properties on behalf of their owners; we do not own them. We prepare each listing from the information and photos the owner gives us and keep it as accurate and up to date as we can, but details such as availability and price can change. Please confirm the details with us before making any decision.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site implies your acceptance of the latest version. For any questions, feel free to contact us.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines the types of personal information we collect and how we use it.
We may collect your name, contact details, and usage data when you interact with our site. This helps us personalize your experience and improve our services.
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with trusted partners for technical or legal reasons, but only when necessary to provide our services.
Visit statistics: to see how our website and app are used, we count page views, searches and taps on our contact buttons. We do this without cookies and without storing your IP address: it is used only for a moment, to find your country and to create an anonymous code that changes every day, so we cannot recognise you from one day to the next. We keep these statistics for up to 25 months.
Messages you send us: when you use our contact, property enquiry or "list your property" forms, we store your name, contact details and message so that we can reply and follow up. Only our staff can see them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. You can delete your account yourself at any time (website: account menu → Delete account; app: Menu → Delete account), or ask us by email. You can also opt out of communications at any time by contacting us.
Cookie Policy
Our website uses only a few small files (cookies and similar browser storage) that it needs to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we store on your device: the language you chose (the "preferredLanguage" cookie, kept for one year); your sign-in, if you log in (kept until you log out, or until you close the browser if you did not tick "Remember Me"); and display choices, such as map or gallery view and that you have seen our cookie notice. Visit statistics are counted without cookies (see the Privacy Policy).
Some pages use Google services: the map (Google Maps) and "Sign in with Google" may set Google's own cookies when you use them, under Google's privacy policy. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will then forget your language and sign you out.
Because we only use what the site needs to work, we do not ask for consent to cookies. If we ever add other cookies, we will ask you first.
